Kevin Moore

Extremely soft spoken and I never really spent any time with him. He married a RPCV from Africa, Kathy, in 1975. and they adopted two Korean baby girls, Katie and Elizabeth. Around that time he was an administrator for a mental health center at Oak Ridge near Boston. Living near Philadelphia (Narberth) in 1992-5.
